A trick shot produced in the darkroom. The picture of the moon was enlarged onto a piece of lithographic film from a colour slide. 'LITH' film is a process film that can be ordered from dealers. It is widely used in the printing industry and must be used in a deep red safelight. Processing can be in normal solutions, or special, high contrast lith developer. The resulting negative is almost all black or clear. The sparrow was a camera shot silhouette and the two negatives were sandwiched together in the negative carrier to make the final print - which has appeared in a photographic magazine.
